You simply tie the back fly, finish it, clip on the articulated shank, and tie the gap shut. Finish your front fly, and you're good to go. No messing around with wire and beads trying to attach your hooks together, just snap it on and tie it shut, and you have a positive connection. Comes in three sizes to work for everything from trout to pike.
