Prince Nymph Curved Hook-Beadhead-Discount Trout Flies- — Big Y Fly Co
An excellent all-purpose caddis larvae pattern that features a long gap tactical jig hook for better hookups and improved euro nymphing. Caddis larvae get dislodged from their crevices from time-to-time and will roll along the bottom for long distances. European nymphers needed flies that would ride along the bottom without getting snagged. Eventually, they came up with competition flies featuring an inward curvature that lessens the chance of a snag.

Beadhead Mayfly Nymph
Nymphs and wet flies are an extremely popular category of fly patterns. They are fished below the water surface and are designed to imitate insects and worms. A wide variety of fish species can be caught using nymphs and wet flies including trout, bass, crappie, sunfish, bluegill, carp, and more. They can be fished on their own, or in combination with a dry fly pattern. One effective technique is tying the nymph or wet fly below a dry fly with 12-24 inches of tippet in between them.

Nymph & Bead Head Fly Patterns for Sale
Bead head fly fishing patterns are designed to be fished under the surface of the water. The bead helps add weight to the fly allowing it to sink to the bottom of the river or stream. Bead head flies can also be fished in lakes or ponds either by using a strike indicator, or with a sinking fly line. If fished in a river, the bead head pattern will either bounce along the bottom, or if the current is fast and deep enough in the middle of the water column.
